Dear Lawyers,
I wanted to understand that what will be the effects if I am convicted under IPC279 ,337 and 338. THis is an accident case where a lady got injured with a fracture in hip and surgery(not sure about that). Probelm is case is sheeted 250 kms from my place in Chitradurga (Karnataka) and I am suggested by most of the lawyers to plead guilty and get covicted and finish the case with some fine since traffic offence doesnt have side effects. I am working in private IT firm in karnataka.
