Imprisonment to Asina Girl for false rape case-Biased Laws

Dear All,

A newspaper cutting dated 23.06.2011 regarding imrisonment to an Ashian girl for implicating someone in flse case of rape is attached herewith for your information please.

It clearly shows that women is much forward then men in all areas but these useless lamakers do not understand this simple thing and have enacted biased laws for the harassment of men.

Women in India must also be punished for filing false cases of Dowry , Harrassment and Rape etc.

Please oppse these biased laws by sending mail, fax, represnetations etc. to persons who matter as mentioned in my earlier posts.

Soon their contact details will be posted.

Thanks

The law is already there in the IPC for filing false cases against the men . If the case is dfound to be false at initial stage the man has the full opprtunity to exercise his rights under fabricating false cases, defamation etc

Why there is need of more law?

However some amendment needs to be done in order to crub misuse which the law ministry is planning

Have you heard this news that talks about these crimes? Well, in the news, they mentioned that in Florida, a husband and wife, who bailed their friend out of prison a week before, attempted to return
her to prison when they discovered she was still using narcotics. However, their mission backfired on them.
The couple was charged with false imprisonment.  Couple arrested for trying to take a friend back to jail. They must first investigate before they do the action, in this situation the couples are just trying to help but in a wrong way. Through this, it will serve as a lesson for all those who are not doing the right thing.
