In a joint family if any land or house purchased by individually own income can it treated as a joint family property as per Hindu law

If that income accrues out of joint family property or business, then it is joint family property, otherwise not.

As per law how I prove it in court I have purchased it from my own In come in private tuition income .

1) you can prove that by producing tution fee receipt produced from the student.

In the sale deed agreement you have mentioned cheque no which was depositted from ur account.

2)That thing is sufficent to prove that it is ur own hard working income. Hence it is not a joint family property.
