In a sale deed

Respected Advocates,

A person say 'X', is having a land of 1.50 Ac.In 1942 year, the person ' X' sold 1.0 Ac of land. And at the time registration , the person 'X' had shown all the four boundaries for 1.0 AC , but he did not show his remaining land or his name as one of the boundaries. Now today a person 'Y' came to 'X' and started fighting by saying you have no land at all.

My question is , does the boundary will proove the title for remaining 0.50 ac. OFFCOURSE REVENUE RECORDS ARE THERE.

Regards

boundary cannot confirm title. If you are in possession of disputed land and revenue records in your favour you file a suit.
