Please let ,me know that woman has right of maintenance if she has initiated divorce or not. what to do to get fast maintenance charges.
As per my knowledge ,according new rules of women right which came recently, woman has right in property of husband.

she is entitled to maintenance if she is unable to mainain herself.
there is no la regarding property share

yes she can claim maintenance if her husband have deserted her, and can file maintenance under H A M A ACT 1966, and she can file divorce also based on these grounds.
