In DV case, wife's affidavit is front-end. She files DIR alongwith. After WS by the husband, arguments take place & Interim Ordrers are pronounced.
What comes next.....
If we assume that wife's affidavit is already placed, then there shud be her cross-examination followed by her witness etc.
Am I right?
or
Her evidence starts from her statement under oath afresh?
