In-laws stopping me travel abroad

Requesting legal advice. Kindly help:

I have been in US for 10 Years with family. Because of my intent to extract 50% of my self earned property by filing Divorce in US, I returned back to India with family. Now, I want to go back to US to pursue my employment but my wife and in-laws are trying to stop me travelling with threats of filing police cases and suicide threat from my wife if I leave them here.

What legal remedy I have to safely travel to US without any litigations?

Articile 21 of Indian constitution states no one shall be deprived of his personal liberty and the right to leave or travel abroad. Please help.

Thanks!

You have liberty to the limits until you fix  your loose ends ,you should settle the terms with your wife and that is having its own legal consequences. Just fix the issue being your family matter

You can ignore their threats and proceed as per your plan.

They have not filed any case yet hence there's no restriction for travelling abroad.
