It is a financial fraud case done by two people. Both the accused are lodged in jail since mid October 2016. In investigation it is found that these accused are involved in such many financial fraud cases since last many years. All the evidences and proofs are available against them. During investigation it was also found that both the accused are holding many fake identity cards and bank accounts. Their bail applications got rejected from JFMC and District/Session courts. They have not yet applied for the bail in High Court. Charge sheet will be filed in next week of December. My question is after filing of charge sheet when the case hearing starts and in which court. And as all the evidences and proofs are available against these accused , how much time court takes to give judgement in the case. Appriciate quick replies. Thanks.
