My friends car met with an accident with bike. The biker was injured severly he was overspeeding in wrong lane.
His foot finger 4th no. got amputed and is still in hospital for bone grafting.He is OK and recovering
Police has taken statements of both and FIR is created at police station. They have given charges of IPC 279,337,338 and MVA 184. Police has produced him in court and Bail is granted by court.
As per lawyer chargesheet is yet to be filed. Till that time dates are being given to appear in court.
But when we go in court there is no name in daily roster also nobody calls his name.
Only lawyer is giving postponed date. We are not seeing any 15 digit case no when searched with reference to FIR in e- court Kiosk. Please advise what is a normal procedure.
Secondly is there any way to settle the issue quickly.
Due to amputation the opponent party is going in MACT court.
