i am working in a government psu in kerala. we are working in the administrative section.our next promotion is assistant manager post. now what happened is the management is trying to include computer operators for the training for assistant manager post ...in kerala service they are considered as technichal wing ..in our corporation all administrative duties are done by assistant grade 1.There only job is data entry .management is saying they are also grade 1 so they can include them in the list. please give me a reply for this.we know corruption is behind this motive. but we are helpless ...
