I am Indian and American citizen planning to morgaged my Ghatkpar Flat and take a loan and invest in new flat in Thane and I want to lease out my flat on rental basis, so that I can recover interest of bank on morgaged flat and I get appreciation of new flat in Thana and I am looking for a good lawyer for the same. What type of risk are involved in these type of transactions ?.
