asper income tax law, the lawyers income are come under income from proffession. so wat are the eligable detection, they are permitable . no special benefit .

if u have office set up then if u have rent agrrement then u can detect, if u have employee then his salary, office expenses like that

Lawyers are not a saperate entity as per the definition of persons in Income Tax Act.

But they they practice as/in a firm, the tax provisions of firm will be applicable, likewise if they work as individual, then normal taxation as on other individual professional, will be applicable.

In any case, The head "Income from business or profession" will be applicable on Lawyers Income from his profession, except salaried Lawyer.
