Please guide how one can regularised wrong built/carpet area of flat mentioned in agreement executed by previous sellers. The area of property is bigger that what is mentioned in agreement. How it can be regularised the same?

U can registration a rectification deed for that and pay different stamp duty and registration fee for that, attach a document of area with this deed.
