Hi,
I recently purchased a flat in Chennai and registred the same in Pallavaram sro, Chennai. In the sale deed my name was wrongly typed. Please let me know the impact of this and how to solve this issue.
I also came to know that I can go for a rectifcation deed, Please let me know is it the only way and also the cost involved in the same.

You can go for a rectification deed and only nominal stamp duty and registration charges require to be paid as you have already paid the respective stamp duty and registration charges. The costs should be in hundreds of rupees.
