Indeminification for attorneys fees

Is it legal to have an indemnification clause in a contract between Consumer and seller? It is highly unfair as I am having trouble in approaching the consumer forum given that such a clause is existence. It is acting a serious limitation in approaching the court. Will it be violative of my right to access justice? Or can it be held voidable on grounds of unconscionable bargain? If not, it means I will have to bear attorneys fees even if I the judgment is in my favour, its highly unfair.
