hi,
i want to obtain index 2 to make the release deed for my flat.( It was mortgage inbetween year 96-2000).
But this mortgadge was done on 1000 Rupees stamp paper.and also registered number is there.
Also payment details are there paid during registeration.
However there is no index 2.
Will i get index 2 ?
Tried to get online but could not get it?
how can i make release deed as laweyer is asking for index 2 to.make release deed..
please suggest ?
