Dear all,
1) this is with reference to the case of the first wife applied for the sucession certificate for taking pension previously her husband nominated second wife name to take the pension in the service register ,whether the first wife entitled to take the sucession certificate for taking pension?
2) at this juncture if the first wife dies pending disposal of the case can her major children be impleaded legal representatives of the petetioner to take the pension till death of their mother from the date of death of their father?
3) whether the decision of AIR 2006 HP page no 45 was over ruled or not and if so please let me know the citation,
please let me know with the decided cases of supreme court if any and what is the out come will be,
