Indian trust act

Hi All,

We have a Trust, registered as per the rules of IndianTrust Act 1882.

We have removed one of the Trustees through a Trust Board Meeting long back.  But the removed Trustee is creating problems and denying his removal. He is using his money and muscle power and forcibly managing Trust properties, schools and institutions.

Now we need a declaration from the court about his removal from the Trust and a declaration about the remaining Trustees. What is the procedure to do this. In the mean while, the removed Trustee has filed a civil suit and got a status quo from court.

Regards

Deepak
