A Central govt emplyee at Indian vetenary research Institute, bareilly died due to cancer in 1998. his wife got the job on compensatory grounds. She being involved with a cunning person deserted her daughters. After regular complains, the dept favourd the culprit and it only when the Director General of IVRI was approched and who set up an inquiry, a committe was set up by the Director of IVRI Bareilly Up. She was found guilty and it was decided that 15% of the salary and Rs1000 will be given to the daughter. The girl has been running from pillar to poles but the dept has now denied to implement the order even after two years saying that they cannot do anything if the culprit is not ready to give the affitdavit regarding the same favouring the culprit. A legal notice has been sent to the corrupt dept.
