An Indian Hindu having a permanent residency status (with certificate of Overseas Indian) wants to marry a German girl (christian). None of them have been married before. Which law and procedure is preferrable for them to get and solemnised their marriage.
Can they marry in India in an Arya Samaj as per their procedure without the girl converting to Hinduism? or should they marry in teh court under Special Marriage Act?
Is it advisable for the boy to marry in a church in Germany as par German law and if that is possible and valid?
