1) In the normal course ,the banks deny the information as called for, saying its a third party information . 2) However under the law its not third party information and not exempted under section 8 of RTI Act.
3)You are rightfully entitled to get the information about a deceased person of whom you are a legal heir and rightfully entitled.
4) Preferably ask the information under the RTI Act ,instead of by any other means.
