Information of mundkarache ghar scheme

Hi Team,

We purchased a house property under Mundkar Act in the year 1999.

I was reading on Mundkarache Ghar Scheme https://www.navhindtimes.in/goa-news/govt-announces-two-schemes-sts

And it is mentioned that:
"The condition for the scheme states that mundkar or his heirs will not sell the dwelling house area purchased under the Mundkar Act. Endorsement will be made on the survey records of the property that the dwelling house area is purchased with the assistance under the scheme namely ‘Mundkarache Ghar’ and that the land is non-transferable except with the permission of the Collector."

Now my question is - Is the above Mundkar law applicable to our property too as our property was purchased in 1999 under Mundkar Act? We cannot sell the house area purchased under the Mundkar Act?
