Dear Sir,
I want to details of a particular transaction took place for purchase/sale of property by a builder to a customer.
Since i suspect that transaction out of black money or benami in nature.
I know names of seller and buyer and Possible two months tenor in which transaction took place.
My query is
1. Can i ask copy of index or any sort of register under RTI from respective sub registrar after which i can further ask details of desired transaction.
2. What should be record of which copy i should ask from sub registrar?
3. If i will ask particular party related transaction under RTI, they may reject basis request related to information of a third party, in that case what should i do.?
Please suggest if any other response.
