If coop.hsg.society building decides for redevelopment and the building is demolished does the society committee
Remain in existance and if yes can they have right to perform duties like transfer of ownership to legal heir eventhough the power of atterny is given to developer.I am sure about society can not transfer the flat to third party without the knowledge of builder.Secondly how many monthly meetings / AGM compulsary for them
