Inheritance.

My father had showed me his will years ago and in his will has mentioned that after him all his moveable/immovable properties should go to me but my mother will supervise the process.I currently live in a property with my mother and father  which is on my fathers name and was acquired by him only and father is in no mental condition to understand legal matters. Please advice as what i could do to know my rights.

Raajeev Sampat.

since your father is alive therefore his will cannot be executed now.

In the event of his death, can i be asked by my mother to vacate and give away my share to my sister or any of her relatives after she sells it?
