Inheritance

Hi,

If I am a billionaire in India and single, I don’t want my property to be inherited by anyone. I have

100 kgs gold

1000 acres land

50 shopping centers

1 billion dollars cash in Indian bank

I don’t want to leave my wealth in the banks in any form.

Once I am dead, I want my solicitor to convert all them into liquid cash and burn it to ashes so that no one will use it. Is that possible?

Time pass query?    Burning currencies is punishable.

Kind of a interview quiz. I’m not aware it’s punitive. Then can I order my men to bury it in the Indian Ocean?

Yes!! I have the right to safekeep my money. So I will hide it under three fathoms of sea. When I am dead, and after 30 years, India will demonetise and my hidden money will be useless even if found. It is legal.

The only problem is, if I can withdraw all of it in cash. Due to which I have to do several transactions and convert it to cash. But not impossible!!
