Inheritance property

Dear Sir, Pls to inform you that my sister got married almost 12 yrs back and she have 1 son & 1 daughter. 10 month back her husband pass away, after marriage my sister was under pressure and their family member keep torchering & rude behave. after husband deat as per our rule we need to keep her at home for atleast 4 month. after 4 month we brought her to our home and came to known that her husband family member refuse to keep her, they want only son with them and my sister & daughter want to leave house, reason they do not want to share the property and dont want to involve my sister in property matter. the property belong to my sister husband father in law ( it means that is Inheritance property ). now the issue is her father in law trying to remove my sister from entire property and planning to give to property to his second son and his family. kindly request to guide / advice us the proper rule and law in order to fight against them for my sister, we are sunni muslim and their are different type of rule as per religion. kindly ack. Sir,

If the property is the self acquired property of the father in law of the your sister the she don't have a right in the property but if the property is the ansectral property of being enjoyed by the father in law of your sister then she can seek her share becasue after the death of the husband the property share automatically devolves on wife of the pre-deceased husband.

Warm Regards
