Injunction application

My wife an filed application for Injunction under 034,038 over my property, in Vadodara.

My null & Void case is still going on and she is not appearing in the court,

My questions

1: Can i take stay on Injunction Application ?

2: Next month 1st august is the 2nd hearing and i am not able to travel so soon. Will court pass the order without any intimation to me?

3: I have won DV case, due to her faliure of submitting proofs. Can i get this benifit in maintenence case she has filed?

Please help me the mesaures i can take for 1 & 2

Hi Sir,

She has filed multiple maintenence application from her native place and my native place, to extract money, Marriage lasted only for 2 months, it was her second marriage which she and her family has been hiding. when we came to know all the details and asked her, she ran away home and filed all the cases, and has been asking money since then, and filed multiple cases, DV case came in my favour so now she wants share in my house so file the cases.

Please let me know what should i do now
