Yes, they can. Atleast in Delhi, courts are granting such injunction.

No one can guarantee any time frame in court, but interim orders you get fairly quickly.

It is very much possible to get such an injunction suit. However before you do that, you need to make sure that the house your parents live in is registered in either of their names and not in your name.If its in your name then as per the law she has every right to reside in that household. If not, then yes you could be granteed the injunction prayed for.
