Injunction order issued for 2 years, property being misused

My chcha has grabbed the property which is in name of my grandmother. I have already secured Temporary Injunction order of 2 years which states that he cannot do any modifications/registrations of the property which has a 3rd party interest.

Now he is building an additional floor on the bungalow....What IPC sections can I apply to restrain him & get him caught.

actually injuction order valid for 3 months only, if you want permanently you can approach to court for permanent injunction.

If injunction order is still in force then file an application before the court take action against your chcha for violating the injunction order.
