society took extension and repairs work in 2004. After completion of secretary and chairmans repairs speed of work reduced. Society has 220 flats and 10 bldgs. Today 2 bldgs are not repaired and facing dangerous situation. Old commitee term has ended and new commitee has taken over. But new commitee is finding it imposible to do work at old rates. What action new commitee can take against old commitee. We also require lawyer for this.
