Instigation by in laws

My wife has filed divorce case after leaving my home under the pretext of vacationing at her parental home in Mumbai. She snapped communicating with me after 18 days of her stay at her parental home. She took out child's school TC surreptitiously and taking full advantage of my absence in Kolkata, even after promising to return her matrimonial home on a particular date. Her parents have dictated and instigated her to quit my house for not obliging to their whims, fancies, dictates and ill-advices. They are doing business with their daughter's marriage by claiming 2 BHK house on full ownership basis as mutual divorce condition. They are after me for a long time wanting my money to be invested in their dream business, pressurizing me so that my father writes the house in my name at his living state, etc.

I have already mentioned these in my petition response. What else can you suggest me to do so that I can drag her parents into this divorce case as they are tutoring and misguiding my wife in collusion to their designing lawyer company, who are providing advice to break my home unethically?

Hi Anirban... unfortunately all matrimonial laws are blind and female gender biased. Your wife can even put your parents in jail with a lie. But you cannot do much to her parents. But there's a better way. Shame her parents among their friends and relatives by telling all truth about their evil thoughts. Surprise them by filling a contested divorce if they insist on money for mcd.

in your divorce petition you can add unwanted interference by inlaws also as a ground for claiming divorce
