what if key left in bike and bike lost.
am I eligible for compensation/claim or not???
The bike was lost is a fact. There is no guarantee that the bike can not be stolen without a key. Though there is negligence in a hurry, you need not disclose such facts and state that it was locked. No one insists you to show the keys set and you can always say that it was misplaced in such tension. But reporting to Police is a must to claim insurance.
