i have lost my newly purchased bike in the month of july 2011, i have submitted all the document to insurance company (like FIR, Untrace Report, NCRB Report, NOC from Bank etc), unfortunatly i had lost my one orignal key in the month of march, i have rum that bike max 1500 KM during the period, i used to go office by metro mostly. some time if i am late or if i wend some mall or public place then i use my bike or car. that day i cam from office and placed my bike with the wheel lock and cencer(if any body touchs my bike it sounds) and in the morning i did not find my bike in place.
Now the insurance company is saying bcz your 2nd key is not used so you have intenlly left the first key in the bike and hence this lost. this is the case of careless ness so they have repudiated my claim. they are saying that there is no scratch on the key means you have left your 1st key in the bike and you are telling a lie. which is not correct. they are saying that the surveyer has got the info that you have left the key in the bike last night.
but the every body knows in my colony abt the case and told me that no suryer came to them.
I have gone through so many trouble to collect all the document from police, the SI of the police stations was asking for bribe of rs 5000/- which i have coplained to CP Delhi Police and Public Grevances of Min of Home Affairs then i got the report.
Please help.
