Insurance settlement

Dear sir I am an Insurance advisor of Reliance Life, I have client who have paid a premium of 60,000 in two years a yearly premium of Rs 30000/annum . Recently he was asking for the money back . He is continuously forcing me to return 60000 of premium paid. However company have returned him ₹30000 but he is now mentally pressuring me to return whole amount. I want to file him a defamation case. Please suggest me the procedure and total charge which may incur during the case
