Interim court order

I won my case for illegal occupation by the "tenant" and won another case pertaining to the same property for specific performance for agreement to sell. The "tenant" has gone to the high court and filed appeals against the lower court's verdicts. His lawyer has adopted delaying tactics and is prolonging the cases . In a recent interim order the judge has allowed me to move into tne suit property pending the outcome of the appeals. Can this interim order be challenged?
