What about the reason for not staying with husband. She claims domestic violence and dowry demand. Me and my family never asked any dowry. In fact due to my less income my family supported her financially , we have online transactions receipt and her account statements.

At the interim stage the court will give opportunity to husband to file his salary statment and bank statements to prove his income and on that basis without going into merits award interim maintenance so that she can survive till the disposal of the case.
