Interim Maintenance not awarded judgements

Hello everyone,

Can you please send me links of judgements wherein the interim maintenace hasnt been awarded where the wife left for no reason and is currently working?

In India tthere is no such citation. And if there is, would the lawyer from wife's side not 'evolve' from the same citation.

Interim maintenance cases run few steps ahead of citations!!!

Wife's-Lawyer would devise it such way that even latest citation may be useless.

And trial courts don't spned too much time on interim maint applications,

Even if the same case is given to different judges from the same family court, everybody would arrive to a different figure ranging from 0 to max asked.

Even if the same two cases (and same pair of lawyers also!!) are given to same judge (one in the morning session and one in the evening!!), still the judge would manage to arrive to a different figure ranging from 0 to max asked.
