Yes Dear Mr. Anil, I am talking about rest common citizens who are subjects. 

See, happens what !  the "RIGHTS" is ONLY A WORD which has no mean  IF NOT EXERCISED.

And, THE RIGHTS never be enforced by the others except by those who own it.

As regards the Democratic Rights of citizens of a Democracy, its upto every individual citizen to USE IT OR LOOSE IT.  RIGHTS are never be served in the plate at Dining Table.

he encouraged the judges not to submit their property list;

he refused to bring the CJI office under rti act.

now we are watching the new CJI with hope.
