We are two brothers A and B and also a sister C, we stay in a 2BHK flat in Mumbai, owned by our Mother, which was transferred in Her name after our Father expired.
Now, our Mother wants to transfer the said flat in the name of A and B.
C is happily married and she will also receive an "X" amount as a kind gesture.
A and B are already nominated for the said flat.
Kindly Let us know the proper legal procedure for the transfer of the said flat.
Are we liable to pay for a transfer even though if it is an internal transfer....?
Kindly may we know a shortest and a safest legal way out for this without paying much.
