Internet chat - whom to issue summons

My wife had relationships outside marriage. I have screenshots of her Internet chats on Facebook and Google as well as email draft conversations in Microsoft outlook. I want to obtain more information from Google, Microsoft and Facebook on the IPs from which these messages originated to prove it in the court. I already submitted the screenshots to the court. Can somebody tell whom to summon in these companies in India via the court to obtain the information that I require?

I am not sure you need to summon anyone from Google or Microsoft, if you have given the photos to the Court. This is usually true in case of Civil Courts.

If the opposing party objects to these photos then it is very difficult to prove them, since I am not sure anyone from Google or Microsoft will come to a Civil court in a private third party case that does not involve them. The Court will have to issue summons that can be served on the local offices of these companies.

If you have filed a criminal case, then the police will directly approach the Internet Service Providers and ask for the required information to trace the perpetrators, if any.
