Hi,
I heard that some investigation will be done before procedding to arrest. I also heard If they come to know that there are facts in harassment and DV , then only police proceed for arrest.
I think this is well implement in other states. What about in Andhra Pradesh(Hyderabad). I heard that in AP in almost all cases they arrested first with out investigation and pushing the people for bribe.
Is the investigation compulsory and do they give us chance to prove that they are the fake cases(Harassment and DV)?
