Investment problem

Many companies have defaulted on Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) in india. Are there any Lawyers out there who are capable of getting these companies to pay? These FCCBs seem to be very risky investments, I am trying to find a lawyer who is powerful and capable of forcing the issuing companies to pay their obligation.

Hundreds of Indian companies have Defaulted on their FCCB obligations, Including companies like GTL Infrastructure, Subex, XL Energy, Gayatri Projects, Indowind Energy, Pokarna, Murli Industries, Bartronics, Sterling Biotech, Moser Baer, Pyramid Saimira Theatre, KSL & Industries, 3i Infotech, Zenith Infotech,ICSA India, KLG Systel,Ankur Drugs & Pharma, Gemini Communications, Pioneer Embroideries, GV Films.. etc...

Registrars of Companies (ROC) appointed under Section 609 of the Companies Act covering the various States and Union Territories are vested with the primary duty of registering companies and LLPs floated in the respective states and the Union Territories and ensuring that such companies and LLPs comply with statutory requirements under the Act.

You can give complaint to the registrar of companies. They will lookafter all the legal obligations
