Dear all Professionals,
State of gujarat v/s One of my friend under IPC- section 279
in that case complainant (police officer) is not appearing in to the court more than 10 hearing (even not a singal day from the case started).
another fact is that in the charge sheet name of my friend is diiferent (but in the documentation part it mention correct name).
further that in that charge sheet mention tht police office petroling with the witness (is it right in to the eyes of law ?)
so, what to do in this case ?
how to get out from this case ?
