I sill dont get the full extent of the question u asked but , here is a short summary of those Acts
IPC Section 501
This section is about defamation. If someone prints or engraves something defamatory about you, they can be punished with up to 2 years in jail, a fine, or both.
IT Act Section 66C
This one deals with identity theft. If someone uses your electronic signature, password, or any unique ID fraudulently, they can face up to 3 years in jail and a fine up to 1 lakh rupees.
IT Act Section 67A
This section is about publishing or transmitting s*xually explicit material online. If someone does this, they can be punished with up to 5 years in jail and a fine up to 10 lakh rupees for the first offense. For repeat offenses, the jail term can go up to 7 years.
