IPC 504, 506, 507

In IPC 504,506,507 cases how much importance is given to recorded phone calls by a judge to consider it as cognisable offence & if my other family members have also filed NC against the same person in other locations in India is it taken into consideration by the judge to come to a verdict? Person is working with national security guards. (Defence force's)

Person is my brother in law, I live in different town n my parents r in hometown whenever my wife complaints about pitty things such calls started coming to my parents n me. We all have filed NC.
