Hi,
I need help in making wise decision. I want to file cheating case but I get mixed opinions from my friend and other lawyers. They say that making IPC cases is quite risky because of corruption in police station and if other part spend huge amount the case may turn against me.

Cases depends upon evidence. Yours seems to be a very hypothetical question.
As per my opinion no legal point is involved though it may open up a social debate.
