1. The best way to find out is to someone wear any such so called obscene /indecent /vulgar /provocative dresses in a Court Room, before a Judge and see whether the judge fines you for any offence (apprehensively IPC u/s 292, 293, 294, .... ).
2. Further it would also be interesting to know how the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, would react to Females wearing obscene /indecent /vulgar /provocative dresses. Anybody .... any ideas or experiences.
