If Wife's mental disorder has been suppressed before marriage can a Husband initiate IPC s496 against Wife & In-Laws. Wife is having Personality Disorders and may be towards Schizophrenia/Psychopathy as well.
There are audio proofs where In-Laws suggesting the wife that all her in-laws property will be of her after 10/15 years. It means there is a common interest from wife & in-laws and also they have arranged Fraudulent Marriage with 1. Deceitful Intention.
IPC 420 also has the same criteria but specifically whether IPC 496 can be invoked here by the husband.
