As Irrevertible brakdown of marriage law had been on verge to pass
1. What is ancesteral property?
2. Self earned property by Parents will be considered as Ancesteral Property for the dispute of son marriage?
3. How to save the property in such scenarion?
4. If Parents disown the son, still property will be taken into consideration?
5. What if the wife had asked for maintanance under various laws like DV, 125 crpc etc...still she has the right to ask for parental property ?
